Jill Hodgson trained as a Chartered Accountant after a French and Economics Honours degree at University and changed career to work in schools after a career break with children. She has worked in a number of school roles (Exams, HR and Finance) before moving to support Jill Moules with the administration and development of the TCAT ITT course. She also supports John Barlow in delivering the Early Career Framework courses at TCAT for Early Career Teachers and Mentors from across Warrington schools. She co-ordinates the Oxplore project, TCAT’s collaboration with Oxford University to raise aspirations of young people across the Trust supporting delivery days in school each term and also has a Governance and Compliance role working for the Operations Director.
