Pupils and staff celebrated the expansion of the Upper School at Bridgewater this week.
The High Sheriff of Cheshire, Dr Dennis Dunn, was guest of honour and cut the ribbon at the opening. He praised the new development and spoke about the positive impact it would have on the education of young learners at Bridgewater.
Among the new rooms that have been created are:
- a food tech lab
- a science lab
- performing arts classrooms
- quad
- six general classrooms
Children at Bridgewater have already described the new classrooms as a great environment to work in as they are spacious, welcoming and bright.
